・To create a sharp sound,
The case and back cover are made from bent brass sheet metal called [C2801].
- For the surface finish, we use a finishing process called mottled plating, which is said to be a first in the world, to create a unique appearance that is unlike any other in the world.
(All products sold have different patterns)
The letters are finished with laser engraving.
(The yellow color is the brass skin, so you can enjoy the changes over time.)

Rainbow plating is our own proprietary plating technique that we developed as a special process that is only used on certain exterior products, such as high-end interior items, furniture, and antique products.

Its unique feature is that while general plating is designed to prevent changes over time such as corrosion and rust, rainbow plating confers a level of corrosion resistance that does not meet the standards while still allowing the product to enjoy changes over time, making it a process that was created specifically for antique products.
Pleochroism is a rare appearance achieved during the rainbow plating process.
Depending on the angle it can appear green, purple, etc.

[Returns and exchanges]
When you receive the product, please immediately check for any damage.

Although we thoroughly inspect all products before shipping, if there is a problem with the product, please contact us with your order number and any photos or videos that show the condition.

If the product is dirty, scratched, or otherwise defective, or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered, we will accept exchanges and returns. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check within 7 days after arrival.

[Return Policy]
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges must also be made within 7 days.

[Return Condition 1]
When returning or exchanging an item, please return it in the same condition as when you received it.
When returning an item, please notify us in advance by email or phone.
In the following cases, we will not charge return shipping fees for returns or exchanges:
(1) If the product was damaged from the beginning or during transportation.
(2) If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will take responsibility and deal with the matter promptly.
For returns due to reasons other than those mentioned above, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
For exchanges due to reasons other than those mentioned above, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If you return a product for which we paid the shipping costs, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount.

Please note that, as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

(1) Products that have been received more than 8 days ago.
(2) Products that have been processed, damaged or used by the customer.
(3) Products processed at the customer's request.

If you pay by credit card, we will correct the payment amount.
