Free shipping for purchases over 50,000 yen (tax included).
If the amount is less than 50,000 yen (tax included), the following applies.
Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu: 700 yen
Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands: 1200 yen

[Returns and exchanges]
When you receive the product, please immediately check for any damage.
Although we thoroughly inspect all products before shipping, if there is a problem with the product, please contact us with your order number and any photos or videos that show the condition.
If the product is dirty, scratched, or otherwise defective, or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered, we will accept exchanges and returns. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check within 7 days after arrival.
[Return Policy]
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges must also be made within 7 days.
[Return Condition 1]
When returning or exchanging an item, please return it in the same condition as when you received it.
When returning an item, please notify us in advance by email or phone.
In the following cases, we will not charge return shipping fees for returns or exchanges:
(1) If the product was damaged from the beginning or during transportation.
(2) If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will take responsibility and deal with the matter promptly.
For returns due to reasons other than those mentioned above, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
For exchanges due to reasons other than those mentioned above, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If you return a product for which we paid the shipping costs, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount.
[Return condition 2]
Please note that, as a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:
(1) Products that have been received more than 8 days ago.
(2) Products that have been processed, damaged or used by the customer.
(3) Products processed at the customer's request.
(4) Products that have been used by the customer at least once.
(5) Products that have an odor of perfume, tobacco, etc.
(6) Products without product tags or accessories.
(7) Sale items or special products such as lucky bags.

If you pay by credit card, we will correct the payment amount.
Depending on your credit card billing date, the amount may be initially debited from your account.

In the case of returns due to customer's convenience, shipping fees and handling fees will not be refunded. Only the product price will be refunded.
